What a ride!! 

After almost two years of making bean to bar chocolate, building out the Redmond Chocolate workshop TWICE, getting licensed by the WSDA, and ordering another half-ton of cacao beans...OH!, and navigating the confusing worlds of website building, branding and packaging...WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

If you have looked around our new (first) website, you quickly realized that website design isn't in my wheelhouse. LOL! Fortunately, chocolate making is.

We've launched our first products for sale here on this platform. We're just getting started, and have all sorts of goodies planned including some classes in truffle making, tasting and pairings, and more. 

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you! We are approved to give tours of our chocolate making workshop as long as our guests meet certain basic requirements - can't be sick or coughing, need to be able to manage a flight of stairs (we're on the second floor of our building), and a couple other stipulations. If you're on our email list, you'll be receiving details about our first scheduled tour soon.
